Pressing whole cluster in pneumatic press, the juice is put in an amphora with addition 1/10 of the volume of amphora of berry in maceration during 5-6 weeks

The clay helps the slow oxygenation of the wine while reserving its aromas. Its robe is a deep pale yellow as the wine isn’t filtered.
The nose offers notes of candied lemon and milk. In mouth, the wine is ample and marked by light bitters which brings complexity and a beautiful balance to finish on a good freshness.
Alone to appreciate its typicality or it will marry marvelously with a sole meunière, a fillet of poultry with cream sauce or a strong cheese like a blue cheese from Auvergne.
Served from from 11° C to 14°C. Consume quickly after opening.
