New vines and new wine product from Cognettes. The grapes variety is Sauvignon gris,
called also Fié gris.
The nose opens on notes of exotic citrus. The mouth suave offers an ample sensation with aromas of exotic fruits
(pineapple, mango…) and an excellent length on the palate.

Appreciate this wine for its charming sensation which very good mach for an aperitif between two or more of course. It could also be paired with a lotte cassolette with melting vegetables.

Ideal serving temperature : 8 to 10°C
